How to Sync Your Outlook Calendar to Wolbix

*You may need to enable the option to publish your Outlook 365 calendar to internet in your Outlook account settings. Please click here to learn more.

 If you are using the Outlook Web App, Office 365, or Microsoft Exchange, you can sync your Microsoft calendar to Wolbix. Here are the steps to do so:

  • Step 1: Go to your Outlook Web Application and sign into your Outlook account

  • Step 2: Once there, look for either Settings or the tool wheel in the upper right-hand corner

  • Step 3: Under settings, navigate and click on "View all outlook settings" ("Options" in some versions)

  • Step 4: Click on "Calendar" > "Shared Calendars" > “Publish a Calendar” (Calendar Publishing in some versions)

  • Step 5: Make sure to select your calendar and set the permissions to “can view when I’m busy” or “can view all details” depending on what you would like

  • Step 6: Copy the ICS link
     

Once you have your ICS link, you can now go back to your Wolbix, and use the ICS link to sync your Outlook calendar to Wolbix:

Solo Accounts
 

  1. Navigate to Settings > Availability & Calendar

  2. Under Calendar Sync click on the "Sync Availability" button next to Outlook Web App / Office 365 / Exchange

  3. Paste your ICS link in the corresponding field and click the Synchronize button
     

Team Accounts
 

Admins & Managers
 

  1. Navigate to Settings > Staff

  2. Hover your mouse over the staff member whose calendar is being synced

  3. Click on the 3 dot icon that appears

  4. Select Staff Settings from the drop down menu that appears

  5. Click on My Schedule on the left side panel

  6. Under Calendar Sync click on the "Sync Availability" button next to Outlook Web App / Office 365 / Exchange

  7. Paste your ICS link in the corresponding field and click the Synchronize button
     

Non-Admin Users
 

  1.  Navigate to Settings > My Schedule

  2. Under Calendar Sync click on the "Sync Availability" button next to Outlook Web App / Office 365 / Exchange

  3. Paste your ICS link in the corresponding field and click the Synchronize button
