Can I Set Taxes, Discounts, Terms of Service, and a Due Date on a Wolbix Invoice?

Add tax to an invoice
Discount a line item on an invoice
Add terms of service to an invoice
Add a due date to an invoice
To add tax to an invoice, please do the following:

Step 1: In the Items section of the invoice, select a service, and quantity

Step 2: Click on the "Add" button

Step 3: Click on the 3 dots next to the added service and select "Edit"

Step 4: Click on the Tax (Optional) drop down menu

Step 5: Select a previously used tax or "Add a new tax"

Step 6: You can add up to three taxes per line item

Step 7: When finished, click on "Save" and continue to edit the invoice

To discount a line item on an invoice, please do the following:

Step 1: In the Items section of the invoice, select a service and quantity

Step 2: Click on the "Add" button

Step 3: Click on the 3 dots next to the added service and select "Edit"

Step 4: Enter a value in the "Discount" field

Step 5: Click on the "Discount Type" drop down menu and select percentage (%) or the currency that is configured on the service.

Step 6: Click on "Save" to save the changes
To add Terms of service to an invoice, please do the following:

In the "Terms & notes" section of the invoice, add any relevant information about the service.

To add a Due Date to an invoice, please do the following:

On the main page of the invoice, you can add a due date to the invoice by clicking on the calendar icon
