Send a Different Email Notification Based on the Service Name

Wolbix offers a built in Reminder feature to remind yourself to follow up with a client! The reminder is internal and will only be sent to the business, not the client. This can be done from your Wolbix Invoice, or in any conversation you are having with a client. Once a reminder is set, the message(s) will be added to the Follow Up folder of your Wolbix Invoice, and you will receive an email at the designated time set.

Conversation Instructions

To set a followup reminder for any conversation that you may need a little nudge on, click the “Remind me in…” button found at the top of the conversation:

Decide when you would like to be reminded to Follow-up with your client, and add a note if necessary. Once updated, click on "Save": 

Inbox Instructions

To set a reminder to follow up when viewing your Wolbix Inbox, just select the message(s) you want to be reminded about, and click the "Remind me in..." button at the top of your Inbox:

You may set a reminder for multiple conversations by selecting multiple conversations in your Inbox at once.
