Can I Send a Client an Email Invitation to Schedule a Service?

Yes, you can send an email to your client(s) inviting them to schedule a service. You can also invite them to visit your client portal, pay for a service, or share a file with you.

You have two options: 

  1. Send one client an email invitation to schedule

  2. Send multiple clients an email invitation to schedule

 

To send one client an email invitation to schedule a service, please do the following:
 

  1. Search for the client in the search field in the upper right corner or by clicking on Clients

  2. Click on the client to open the client card

  3. Click on the "Invite via Email" button

  4. Select "Schedule"

  5. Adjust the link options as desired

  6. Click on "Continue"

  7. The Send an email invitation screen will appear

  8. From here, you can edit the sender, email subject, message, and the text on the Schedule button

  9. When finished, click on "Send"

To send multiple clients an email invitation to schedule a service, please do the following:
 

  • Click on Clients

  • Click on the "Invite via Email" button

  • Search for the client(s) by name, email, or tag

  • Select the client(s)

  • Select "Continue"

  • Click on "Schedule"

  • Adjust the link options as desired

  • Click on "Continue"

  • The Send an email invitation screen will appear

  • From here, you can edit the sender, email subject, message, and the text on the Schedule button

  • When finished, click on "Send"
