How Do Payment Payouts Work with Wolbix?

Wolbix is not a payment processor, but we do connect to three Payment Gateways: SquareStripeand PayPal.

Please Note: Wolbix does not process client payments, handle any of the funds, or determine when funds will be paid out. This is all handled by the Payment Gateway you connect to.

Stripe and Square

On newly created Stripe and Square accounts, payments normally take 5 to 7 business days to directly deposit into your bank account.

Please Note: Wolbix has no control over this duration, but this duration will likely reduce after the account becomes more established.

If you have not received your payout after 7 business days, we recommend you contact Stripe or Square for further assistance.


If you are using PayPal as your payment gateway, be sure that you have entered the correct PayPal email address in the Payments Settings of your Wolbix account .

Please Note: Payments are normally transferred to your PayPal account immediately upon payment from a client, but to transfer funds to your bank account, you will need to initiate a transfer from your PayPal account.
