Can I Request More Information From Clients During Scheduling?

​​Yes! By default, we collect the client's email and First Name, but you can definitely request additional information at the time of booking. Build your default scheduling intake form by utilizing the Scheduling form found under Settings > Client Card & Forms. To customize the default form per service type, edit the client intake form of the actual service itself.
