How Many SMS Messages Do I Get per Month with My Wolbix Subscription?

Your premium Wolbix subscription is entitled to a monthly credit of SMS messages that can be used for appointment confirmations, reminders, and notifications to keep you, your clients, and your team connected.

  • The monthly allotment is determined by the subscription level and if you reside inside the US

  • The monthly credit is automatically deposited into your Wolbix account at the beginning of each month

  • Any unused portion of the monthly allotment will be lost and does not carry over to the next month

  • The credited allotment of SMS messages will be utilized first, prior to using any purchased SMS

  • Purchased SMS messages will never expire and will carry over until consumed

Pricing for additional SMS messages is as follows:

  • There is a flat rate of .05 cents per message for clients inside of the United States

  • There is a flat rate of .10 cents per message for clients that are outside of the United States

  • Additional messages can be purchased under Settings > My Account 

  • The messages can be purchased in bundles of 100, 300, 1,000 and 3,000

  • Messages can be set to reload automatically when your balance is low by checking Auto Reload
