Get Notifications on Your Mobile Phone

Receive notifications on your phone to make sure you react even quicker to every new business opportunity. You can set up your Wolbix to send either text or push notifications on whenever a booking request, contact request or payment is received. You can view requests on your mobile device and immediately reply, call the client back, or confirm appointments and add them to your calendar.


For instructions, please select the type of account you have:

Single Account

Multi-Staff Account

Single Account
 

To enable mobile notifications on your Wolbix account follow these steps:

  • Navigate to Settings > Inbox & Leads

  • Check the boxes in the Notifications section depending on whether you would like to receive text notifications, mobile app notifications or both

  • Click on "Save" to save your changes
     

Please Note: To enable Mobile app notifications, you will need to download the vCita app on your mobile device from your app store 
 

Multi-Staff Account
 

You can enable mobile notifications per staff member on a multi-staff account.
 

  • Step 1: Navigate to Settings > Staff

  • Step 2: Click on the 3 dots next to the staff member and select "Staff Settings"

  • Step 3:  Switch to the "My Notifications" tab and, depending on whether you would like to receive text notifications, mobile app notifications or both, check the boxes 

 
  • Step 4: Click "Save Changes"  to save your settings
     

Please Note: To enable Mobile app notifications, you will need to download the Wolbix app on your mobile device from your app store.
