Editing the Duration of an Existing Service

Although services require a fixed duration when creating them in Wolbix, the duration can be adjusted by your staff after a client schedules with you online or while the staff are manually adding the appointment to the Wolbix calendar.

Edit an existing appointment

To edit the duration of an appointment that is already scheduled in the calendar, please do the following:

  1. Click on the appointment in the Wolbix Calendar

  2. Click on the "Reschedule" button

  3. Click on the Clock icon to adjust the Start Time and/or End Time as desired

  4. Add a note to the client in message field, if necessary

  5. To require a client confirmation, check the "Request client confirmation" checkbox or "Ask the client to offer new times"

  6. Click on "Submit"

Edit an appointment during manual scheduling

To edit the duration of an appointment while manually scheduling in the calendar, please do the following:

  1. Click on the appointment in the Wolbix Calendar

  2. Click on the desired date and time of the appointment

  3. Select "Appointment"

  4. Search for and select the client you are scheduling for

  5. Select the Service the appointment is for

  6. Click on the Clock icon to adjust the Start Time and/or End Time as desired

  7. Add a note to the client in message field, if necessary

  8. To require a client confirmation, check the "Request client confirmation" checkbox

  9. Click on "Send"
     

Please Note: If the service has a fee, Wolbix will not automatically adjust the fee for the change in duration.
