Date Specific Availability
Workdays and calendar availability are not always fixed, and there will be times when you need to be available (or not available) outside of your regular schedule. When those times arrive, you can use Wolbix's Date-Specific Availability feature to better manage your calendar and business hours.
If there is a specific date when you know you will have different hours, navigate to your Wolbix Calendar and customize your availability under Edit Calendar > Set availability for specific dates:
You can also change availability through the calendar settings (Settings > Availability & Calendar), either for yourself or for a specific staff member.
If your schedule is more service-specific, you can customize times directly from the settings of the relevant service(s). For example, maybe you want to offer additional early or late slots for some services.
To make these adjustments, follow these steps:
Open the Settings menu and click My services.
Click the relevant service and on the page that opens, scroll down to Duration & Availability.
Under Service availability, select the Service has different availability radio button, and then click Edit availability for specific dates.
