Can I customize the auto reply email sent to my clients?

Yes, all subscription levels can customize the following auto-reply emails/messages:

  • Booking request auto reply

  • Post-appointment Follow-up

  • Overdue Invoice Reminders

  • Message & Documents Auto-reply
     

To update these messages, navigate to Settings > Auto Client Messages. At the top of the page there are three tabs: Booking, Payments, and Messages & Documents.

The Booking request auto reply and Post-appointment Follow-up fields are found in the Booking Section. The Overdue Invoice Reminder is found in the Payments section. The Message & Documents Auto-reply is found in the Message & Documents section. Enter your desired message in the appropriate text box and click on Save Changes.
