How Do I Customize Service Level Notifications for a Specific Service?

Please Note: Customized Notifications at the Service Level are a Platinum Feature.

To customize your notifications for an individual service, please follow these steps below:

  • Step 1: Go to: Settings > My Services

  • Step 2: Click on the service you would like to customize the notifications on

  • Step 3: Scroll down to the Client notifications section

  • Step 4: This is where you will will be able to customize whichever notification type you wish your clients to receive

  • Step 5: Set the notification type to what ever you want for this service.
    Here is an example of customizing the Post meeting follow-up notification type:

  • Step 6: Once configured, click the "Done" button at the top of the page

After you hit the "Done" button, your service will update automatically, and all appointments for this service going forward will be with this custom notification type.

Please Note: The custom notification type set is going to override the default notification set in Settings > Auto Client Messages.  Any updates made to your default notification type will not affect services with this customized notification type.  Services with custom notifications will need to be updated individually.
