How Do I Create an Email Signature in My Wolbix Account?

You can to add an email signature within Wolbix that will be included on all outgoing messages sent from your Wolbix account/inbox. 
 

Single Staff Accounts

Accounts with Multiple Staff

 

To edit the Email Signature of a single user Wolbix account, please do the following:

  • Step 1: Click on Settings > Inbox & Leads

  • Step 2: Edit the signature as desired in the Email Signature field.

    • The existing, editing tools will allow you to bold, italicize, add a hyperlink, or change the color of the text and background.

    • You can also create a custom URL and utilize a hyperlink in your signature.

 
  • Step 3: When done, click on "Save Changes" to apply the signature to all outgoing messages moving forward.

 

How to edit the Email Signature in a Wolbix account with multiple users, please do the following:
 

  • Step 1: Click on Settings > Staff

  • Step 2: Hover over the staff member's name and click on the 3 dots that appear

  • Step 3: From the menu that opens select "Staff Settings"

  • Step 4: Navigate to the staff's section My Notifications

  • Step 5: Edit the signature as desired in the Email Signature field

    • The existing, editing tools will allow you to bold, italicize, add a hyperlink, or change the color of the text and background.

    • You can also create a custom URL and utilize a hyperlink in your signature.

 
  • When done, click on "Save Changes" to apply the signature to all outgoing messages moving forward.

Once your signature has been created it will be applied to all outgoing messages sent from your Wolbix account.

 

Please Note: The signature will not be visible to you (the business owner) and your staff in the Wolbix inbox, but it is still visible on the client-side.
