Selecting Branding Settings for Your Online Presence

Wolbix built-in branding features allow you to quickly and easily control your clients’ experience when they engage with your business online. The branding settings that you define provide a consistent look and feel to your emails, your client portal for returning clients, and all online actions enabled by your business. This article presents:
 

Accessing the Branding Center
 

The main Branding Center is part of the Business Info settings.
 

To access the Branding Center: 
 

  1. From the Settings menu, select Business Info.

 
  • Step 2: Scroll down to the Branding Center settings. Alternatively, on the right side of the page under Quick Navigation, click Profile Picture & Cover.

Understanding Branding Center Settings
 

The Branding Center is made up of four main settings, as indicated in the diagram below:

 
  1. Profile picture: The image displayed in the middle of the header of your client portal and online actions.

  2. Cover image / color: The background of the header of the client portal and online actions. You can set either an image (as shown in the example above) OR a solid color.

  3. Business logo: The image displayed in all emails, invoices, etc. sent from your Wolbix account.

  4. Brand color: The color of Call-to-Action buttons (e.g., Schedule, Pay, etc.). The color you select here affects buttons in BOTH the client portal and your emails, invoices, etc.

Setting Profile Picture and Cover
 

The following sections explain how to work with branding settings that determine the look and feel of your online presence.

Uploading a Profile Picture

The image you select for your profile picture needs to be square and at least 130 x 130 pixels. Supported file formats are JPG, GIF and PNG. The file you choose must be no larger than 4 MB.
 

To upload a profile picture: 
 

  • Step 1: From the Branding Settings, click the Camera icon.

    A popup opens, prompting you to choose a file for the image.

 

  • Step 2: Click Choose File.

    From the dialog that opens, navigate to and select the desired image file, and then click Open. An Upload button then appears in the popup.

  • Step 3: Click Upload.

    The selected image is displayed in the Branding Settings.
     

Selecting a Cover Color or Image
 

When setting the background header for the client portal and online actions, you may choose a color OR an image:

Follow the relevant procedure below to set your cover. 
 

To set an image for your cover: 
 

  • Step 1: From the Branding Settings, click    and then select Upload Image.
    The Background Image dialog opens.

  • Step 2: To use an image from the Gallery, select the image and then click Save.

    The selected image is displayed in the Branding Settings.

  • Step 3: If you prefer to use an image of your own, select Upload Your Own Image, and click Upload.

Then, in the dialog that opens, select one of the options for uploading your image.

  • Step 4: To clear an image you have uploaded, click           and then click Remove.

To set a color for your cover: 
 

  • Step 1: From the Branding Settings, click           and then select Choose Color.

    A Color Picker popup opens.

  • Step 2: Use the sliders to select a color, or enter the relevant color code in the RGB field at the bottom of the Color Picker. For example:

The selected color is displayed in the Branding Settings.

  • Step 3: To change the selected color, repeat Steps 1-2. 
     

Uploading Your Business Logo
 

The image you select for your logo needs to be at least 32 pixels high. Ideal image size is 110 x 50 pixels.
 

Supported file formats are JPG, GIF and PNG. The file you choose must be no larger than 4 MB.
 

To upload a business logo: 
 

  • Step 1: At the right side of the Branding Settings, click Upload Image.

    A popup opens, prompting you to choose a file for the image.

 
  • Step 2: Click Choose File.
    From the dialog that opens, navigate to and select the desired image file, and then click Open. An Upload button then appears in the popup.

  • Step 3: Click Upload.

    The selected image is displayed in the Branding Settings.
     

Selecting Brand Color

This setting determines the color of the Call-to-Action buttons (e.g., Schedule, Pay, etc.) in the client portal as well as in all emails and invoices sent from your Wolbix account.
 

To set the brand color: 
 

  • Step 1: At the lower right corner of the Branding Settings, click the currently set brand color.

    A Color Picker popup opens.

  • Step 2: Use the sliders to select a color, or enter the relevant color code in the RGB field at the bottom of the Color Picker. For example:

 

The selected color is displayed in the Branding Settings.

  • Step 3: To change the selected color, repeat Steps 1-2.
