How do I block a client from scheduling with or contacting me?

Spam happens. If you are receiving unwanted bookings or irrelevant contact requests, you can block a client from contacting you through Wolbix by marking them as spam. 
 

To mark a client as spam:
 

  • In your Wolbix account, search for the client using the search box in the upper right corner, or find them in your Clients section.

  • In the Client Card, click on the "Mark as Spam"  button near the top left.
     

To remove the spam block:
 

  • In your Wolbix account, search for the client using the search box in the upper right corner, or find them in your Clients section.

  • In the Client Card, click on the "Unmark as Spam"  button near the top left.

     

Note: Marking a client as spam will only limit the client from scheduling with the email on the client card. If the client uses a different email address, they will still be able to schedule with you. Wolbix does not block a client based on their IP Address or MAC address, for example.
