How Can I Test My Availability After Syncing My Calendar?

After successfully synchronizing your personal calendar with Wolbix, you can ensure your availability is displayed properly by doing the following:

  • Click on  Settings > My Services

  • Click on "Preview as client"

  • You will be redirected to the client portal

  • Select one of your services to view your availability from the client's point of view.

Please Note: Only meetings that are marked as "Busy" in your personal email calendar will be utilized by Wolbix to determine your availability. Meetings that are marked as "Free" will not influence your availability. 

Busy Time

If your Wolbix availability is not displaying properly, we recommend you double check the appointment on your personal calendar has been set as busy time. Here are the steps to do so:

Outlook Busy Time

iCal Busy Time

Google Busy Time

To check if an event on your Google calendar is marked as "Busy", please do the following:

  1. Click on event in your Google calendar

  2. Select the pencil icon  to edit or view the event on your calendar.

  3. Ensure that the meeting is marked as "Busy"

  4. Ensure that this is the default setting 

 

Outlook Busy Time

To check if an event on your Outlook calendar is marked as "Busy", please do the following:

  1. Click on event in your Outlook calendar

  2. Ensure the appointment is marked as "Busy"

 

iCal Busy Time

To check if an event on your iPhone calendar is marked as "Busy", please do the following:

  1. Select the event in your calendar

  2. Select "Edit"

  3. Ensure that the meeting is marked as "Busy"

  4. Select Done
