Managing Client Card Settings

If you have a team account with multiple staff members, Wolbix allows you to assign client messages and scheduling requests to different staff members. You can assign either a single engagement or multiple engagements to a specific staff member.

To assign engagements to another staff member: 
 

  • From your Wolbix Inbox, select the checkboxes of the engagements you want to assign. Then, at the top of the page, click Assign.
    The Assign dialog box opens.

  • Step 2: Click on the Assign line and select a staff member from the list that opens. You can type any specific notes that may be necessary on the Notes to assignee line. 

  • Step 3: Click Send. 
    The staff member will receive an email notification about the assignment(s), and can reply to the client or reschedule if necessary. The customer will not receive a notification when this occurs.
