Will Appointments Appear on my Existing Calendar?

When a booking request is confirmed, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address tied to your Wolbix account. The confirmation email will contain an .ics file that allows the confirmed appointment to be added to the personal calendar (Gmail, Outlook, Hotmail, Yahoo, iCal, etc) tied to that email.

Please Note: You may need to adjust the settings to your personal calendar to have appointments auto-add to the calendar.

We do recommend that the email associated with your Wolbix account is the same as the one for your personal calendar. For example, if you want your meetings to appear on your Gmail calendar, you would set your Wolbix email to the same Gmail account.
